🦀🦐 WHO HAS THE BEST SEAFOOD IN THE SMOKIES? THIS ONE MIGHT START AN ARGUMENT! 😂
When you think about Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, seafood probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind.
After all...
WE'RE IN THE MOUNTAINS, NOT AT THE BEACH. 😂🏔️🦐
But you'd be surprised at how many places around the Smokies serve everything from **lobster and crab to shrimp, oysters, scallops, catfish and sushi.**
So we're putting together our **It's Your Smoky Mountains Top 7 Seafood Restaurants** around the area.
And YES...
We already know some of you are going to completely disagree with our order. 😂

🦀 7️⃣ JOE'S CRAB SHACK — SEVIERVILLE
Sometimes you don't need fancy.
You just want crab, shrimp, seafood buckets and permission to make an absolute mess at the table. 😂
Joe's is a familiar, casual option that's especially easy when you're traveling with a family or group.
Get the bib ready and dig in. 🦀
🐟 6️⃣ HUCK FINN'S CATFISH — PIGEON FORGE
Okay...
We know somebody is already typing:
CATFISH ISN'T SEAFOOD!” 😂
We're in Tennessee.
We're counting it.
Huck Finn's is one of those longtime Pigeon Forge places where you go HUNGRY.
Catfish, shrimp, hushpuppies and plenty of Southern-style food.
This isn't necessarily the place for an elegant seafood dinner.
This is the place where you loosen the belt one notch before leaving. 😂
🍤 5️⃣ BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP CO. — GATLINBURG
You almost HAVE to include Bubba Gump on a Gatlinburg seafood list.
Located right along the Parkway, this is one of the easiest seafood restaurants to hit while spending the day downtown.
And obviously...
**SHRIMP IS THE STAR. 🍤**
Fried shrimp.
Coconut shrimp.
Shrimp combinations.
Seafood dishes.
Plus all the **Forrest Gump** atmosphere.
Is it touristy?
Absolutely.
**But you're vacationing in Gatlinburg. Sometimes touristy is FUN! 😂**
🥂 4️⃣ THE GREENBRIER — GATLINBURG
Now we're changing gears completely.
The Greenbrier isn't what most people picture when they hear “seafood restaurant.”
It's more of an upscale dining experience where you can find seafood alongside steaks and other higher-end entrées.
This is less:
Let's grab something to eat.
And more:
❤️ We're going OUT for dinner tonight.
Great choice for a date night or special dinner while you're in Gatlinburg.
🦞 3️⃣ PINCHY'S LOBSTER & B**R CO. — SEVIERVILLE
If you love lobster rolls...
**PAY ATTENTION. 👀🦞**
Pinchy's in downtown Sevierville brings something a little different to the Smoky Mountain food scene.
After several days of pancakes, barbecue, biscuits and Southern food, you might suddenly find yourself thinking...
**“I could REALLY go for a lobster roll.” 😂**
That's when this place starts looking pretty good.

If you want **CHOICES**, Harpoon Harry's deserves to be near the top.
You're looking at options like:

This is one we'd especially consider when you've got several seafood lovers together and everybody wants something different.

🦐 Shrimp
🔥 Scallops
It's definitely more of an upscale meal than grabbing a quick bite while walking around downtown.
And yes...
YOUR WALLET MAY KNOW YOU WENT THERE. 😂💳 It can get Expensive
But for a special dinner where seafood is the main event?
🏆 **Chesapeake's gets our #1.**
