This weekend, Executive Chef Rhen Fierro and his crew brought a little something special to the table with a beautifully plated banquet dinner. 🍽️✨

Guests were treated to Sirloin Bleu Bella, a tender sirloin over creamy mashed potatoes with Gorgonzola sauce, balsamic reduction, and crispy haystack onions. Along with perfectly prepared walleye, comforting house manicotti, and slow roasted pot roast.

There’s just something about sitting down to a beautifully plated meal, surrounded by good company, and letting someone else take care of the details.
