WE DID THE DANG THANG. 🥹❤️

What started as an idea turned into years of crazy busy days, amazing memories, lessons learned the hard way, and some of the BEST people we could’ve asked for along the way.

Was it always easy? Absolutely not. 😂 There were plenty of days we had no idea how we were going to pull it off but we kept showing up, kept figuring it out, and WE DID IT.

To every customer, regular, friend, and person who supported The Backtable: thank you. You made this chapter what it was.

And now the truck is headed into its next adventure with Shea’s in Ellington! Go give their page a follow and show them some love we’re so excited to see what they do with it. ❤️

This isn’t the end of The Backtable, just a new chapter for us.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start the business, take the leap, or chase the crazy idea… DO IT. You’ll figure the rest out along the way.

After so many amazing memories, long days, crazy events, and incredible support from our community, we’ve decided it’s time to sell the Backtable food truck. 🥹

We are beyond grateful for every single person who has supported us, ordered from us, shared our posts, and followed along on this journey. This truck has been such a huge part of our story, and we’ll always be thankful for it. ❤️

Now, we’re SO ready to take everything we’ve learned and move forward into our next chapter! 🖤
