🥬 1. Vegetable Spring Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
• ½ cup carrot (julienned)
• ½ cup bell pepper (sliced)
• ½ cup bean sprouts
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
• 10 spring roll wrappers
Instructions
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add garlic, sauté 30 sec.
3. Add vegetables, stir-fry 3–4 min.
4. Add soy sauce + sesame oil.
5. Pour cornstarch slurry, mix until slightly thick. Cool.
6. Place filling in wrapper, roll tightly.
7. Deep fry at 170°C until golden.
🍗 2. Chicken Spring Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
• ½ cup cabbage
• ½ cup carrot
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
• 10 wrappers
Instructions
1. Heat oil, sauté garlic.
2. Add chicken + veggies, cook 4–5 min.
3. Add sauces, mix well. Cool.
4. Wrap tightly.
5. Fry until crispy (5–6 min).
🍤 3. Shrimp Spring Rolls (Fresh)
Ingredients
• 10 rice paper sheets
• 10 shrimp (boiled, halved)
• 1 cup rice noodles (cooked)
• 1 cup lettuce
• ½ cup cucumber
• Mint + coriander
Instructions
1. Dip rice paper in warm water (5 sec).
2. Place lettuce, noodles, veggies.
3. Add shrimp on top.
4. Roll tightly like a wrap.
5. Serve with peanut or hoisin sauce.
🇹🇭 4. Thai Spring Rolls
Ingredients
• ½ cup ground pork
• ½ cup glass noodles (soaked)
• ½ cup carrot
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• Wrappers
Instructions
1. Cook pork + garlic.
2. Add noodles + carrot.
3. Add fish sauce + sugar. Cool.
4. Wrap and seal.
5. Fry until golden.
🇻🇳 5. Vietnamese Fresh Rolls
Ingredients
• Rice paper sheets
• Shrimp or chicken
• Rice noodles
• Lettuce, mint, basil
• Peanut sauce
Instructions
1. Soften rice paper.
2. Add herbs, noodles, protein.
3. Roll tightly.
4. Serve fresh (no frying).
🌶️ 6. Buffalo Chicken Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 cup shredded chicken
• 3 tbsp buffalo sauce
• ½ cup cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup celery
• Wrappers
Instructions
1. Mix chicken + buffalo sauce + cheese.
2. Add celery.
3. Wrap tightly.
4. Fry until crispy.
5. Serve with ranch dip.

Ingredients
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ cup cheddar
• 2 tbsp jalapeños
• Wrappers
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Fill wrappers.
3. Seal edges.
4. Fry until golden and melty.
🥢 8. Teriyaki Tofu Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 cup tofu (crumbled)
• ½ cup cabbage
• ½ cup carrot
• 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook tofu until lightly brown.
2. Add veggies + teriyaki sauce.
3. Cool mixture.
4. Wrap and fry.
🥩 9. Beef & Mushroom Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 cup ground beef
• ½ cup mushrooms
• ¼ cup onion
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
1. Cook beef + garlic.
2. Add mushrooms + onion.
3. Add sauces, cook 5 min. Cool.
4. Wrap and fry until crispy.
