Sauce began early this morning - local eggplant via Bradford Family Farm were cut and cared for and layered with so much flavor including fresh basil. The fresh caprese salad just complimented this perfectly and made those SC heirloom tomatoes shine.

Thursday DAYSIDE… breakfast starts at 8 & keeps on goin’. Lunch will be a step back in time to celebrate a dish we shared in TALK Greenville Magazine 10 years ago this year! 😳 we’re unrolling the Philly Roll - into a delicious deconstruction - we start with a bed of cream cheese rice topped with baked sockeye salmon and topped with ribbons of cucumber and avocado in a ginger dressing- all the elements of the cooked sushi roll we love but as a plate 😉

NIGHTSIDE: we will celebrate the start of Chanterelle season with a creamy, cozy pasta dish. Browse the mercantile where you can buy books on wild mushrooms, harvesting knives & even kits to grow your own.

And of course our crepes are being prepared right in front of you all day long - just save room for desserts coming out of the oven
