& from being good sports for the photo op… all our farm deliveries are in one day we’ll get Farmer Sam in there from too from his beautiful zephyr squash & super green arugula to the Bradford’s Wakefield cabbage, fresh corn & is that plums and the first heirloom tomatoes… why yes it is! Our menu for the week *subject to change. Don’t miss Chef Tollison “Tolli” di her live demo Thursday night making Caesar dressing. She’ll be off on an oyster farm trip for a couple weeks but back with some great inspiration. This week we welcome another chef in our kitchen - you’ll meet Andrew on on Dayside a he’s an Atlanta native and fresh off a culinary stint in Athens GA
is helping us keep up on the dessert front with some familiar flavors and new treats. Of course we still sneak our cobblers out when we can and Happy Cow ice cream and crepes are still flowing
Remember Sunday is now reservation recommended- we still reserve room for some walk ins but we have had some great Sundays with tables ready for guest and staff able to prepare properly for them. We have enjoyed learning this processes together with you and are so grateful for your kind participation.
On the mercantile side, Donna returns from vacation- Lake has graduated and the store has new stuff coming in all week - including a 3rd restock from author Charles Hood.
We could still use a jack of all trades in the kitchen - part time - evenings. Message us if you’re passionate about food and have a love for people
