Full transparency: We had originally planned for this coming weekend to be our final weekend with the restaurant open. However, after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to open.
Unfortunately, this past weekend’s business did not come close to what we needed to justify the expenses of opening for an additional weekend. We had truly hoped our final two weekends would be filled with familiar faces, longtime regulars, and new patrons coming through to support us one last time. Sadly, that wasn’t the case, and the revenue simply did not cover the cost of being open.
Because of that, we have decided that this past weekend was our final weekend at the restaurant.
We want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who has supported us over the past year. Whether you visited once, became a regular, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, or simply cheered us on—we are incredibly grateful for your support.
While this chapter is closing, we’re not going anywhere! Each week, we’ll announce where you can find our food truck, and we hope to continue seeing many of you there. We are also available for catering, so please reach out if we can help make your next event special.

WOW! To say we are blessed and overwhelmed with gratitude would be an understatement! ❤️

We prepared enough food for a normal 8-hour day at our restaurant, and because of your incredible support, we SOLD OUT in a little over ONE HOUR with the food truck!🔥

We sincerely apologize to everyone who didn’t get a chance to order today. But what does this mean? WE’LL BE BACK—and next time, we’re coming with a WHOLE LOT MORE! 💪🏽🍽️

Fatsos Is Hitting the Road! 🚚🔥
After a great deal of thought and reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our restaurant location.
Fatsos BBQ has always been more than just a business—it has been a place where friends, families, and neighbors came together to enjoy great food, share stories, and create lasting memories. We are incredibly grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, supported us, recommended us to others, shared our posts, or simply encouraged us along the way.
Your support has meant everything to us, and we truly could not have done it without you.
The reality is that business simply hasn’t grown the way we had hoped. While we have been able to sustain operations over the past year, we have not been able to reach the level of growth needed to continue moving the restaurant forward. As difficult as it is to accept, this is the reality we are facing, and it has led us to make this tough decision.
While this chapter is coming to an end, a new one is just beginning. Although we are closing our restaurant location, you can still get your Fatsos BBQ fix! We will continue serving our community through catering services and our food trailer. Whether you're planning a family gathering, corporate event, wedding, or festival, we'd love the opportunity to bring Fatsos BBQ to you.
August 21, 22, 28, and 29 will be the final four days our restaurant dining area will be open. We’d love to see you one last time before we close this chapter.
