What’s up fam, Kim and David here. It’s been an epic summer, one we will never forget! We have built a family business in our town and wanted to share a few highlights from our opening seasons - - from perfecting our bagels 🥯 and breakfast sammies, promoting our retail brand in local grocery stores and wholesale accounts across the region, launching catering, promoting merch, farmers markets, and building up a fantastic team of staff, loyal customers, neighbors, family and friends. Building a baby-bagel-shop isn’t just about baking bagels, nope, it’s so much more. And we are taking you with us on this wild ride! While we shoot for the moon, power forward, remembering where we came from, with great humility and grace, honoring who we owe it all to and how we got here 👆 from the ashes.
