There was a time when all I had was a dream, a coffee cart, and the belief that if I kept showing up, one day the right people would find us.

This journey has never been about coffee alone.

This week, I had the honor of representing Dos Bros Coffee at the AZ Department of Education - Student Industry Partnership Meeting.

It was a privilege to join leaders from education, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, workforce development, and nonprofit sectors around a shared goal: preparing Arizona students for meaningful careers and bright futures.

At Dos Bros Coffee, we believe coffee is more than a product. It is a catalyst for connection, mentorship, learning, and opportunity.

We are committed to creating spaces where students, veterans, entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals can grow through hands-on experience, strong partnerships, and community support.
