OCTOBER MENU DROP. BONE BROTH THO.🍖❤️‍🔥🥰

It's the 29 day home stretch to our carnicería food hub launch and I can't wait to BRING IT with a 7 day a week accessible and menu of Rogue grown nutrients. Flavor and nutrient crafting hard at work.

Check the outside the bun evolution of the Latina dog - keto style for my GF peeps. Inspired by the homie Chanse.

Shop vibe leak to our interior shoe string elbow grease at work. Here's a snapshot of the progress and the sit down taproom deli under remodel within the chop shop.

Meantime, we're popping up with in Ashland this Sunday and will continue to update here for weekend hours in between our around the clock finish 🦺 work in the shop.

If you haven't heard the word on the street yet we’re La Fuente Market, located at the old Meadery building next to the new Starbucks. An local food hub, butchery + carnecería market. Follow us at La Fuente Market!

We are building a seasoned butcher team to kick off the party this fall. From Guerrero, Mexico to Oregon local meat mastery legends in the Valley who are bringing some next-level nose-to-tail loco fresh carne cuts 🍖 🥩 🥓 fresh off the butcher block straight to Phoenix.

Our opening date is September —

We are:

1. Seeking local food producers to pair and expand our market's current local protein offerings.

2. Offering a lease opportunity to our beautiful, pristine little food truck now that we have kitchen space inside the shop.

3. Have 2 spaces left for a food truck in our lot.

4. Leasing a 300 sq ft street view space. Artist vibes call from the walls no doubt - tattoo artist, maker space, whatcha got?? Open to consider all projects that would spice up our food hub with some creative and complimentary community engagement.🪇

We’re opening La Fuente Market - a full nose-to-tail butcher shop and local foods marketplace right here in Phoenix, OR! 🐖🥩🌿

At La Fuente, we're all about regenerative farming, heritage meats, and old-school butchery done right. But we’re not doing it alone — we’re building this market as a hub for community-grown food and goods, and we want you to be part of it!
