We’re pulling up to Hive on 16th tonight, October 2, for First Friday in Phoenix! Hive on 16th

Brisket burgers, pulled pork, Filipino-style brisket sausage, and our jackfruit sandwich are on the menu. And yes… the banana pudding made the guest list. 🍌

Throw on a costume, grab your crew, and come hungry. We’ve got dinner covered while you enjoy live music and local art. Let’s kick off spooky season right! 👻

Where’s the beef? WE’VE GOT THE BEEF. 🔥🍔

Nina tried our 100% ground brisket burger with a side of Heritage Potato Salad, and her reaction says it all. No fillers added to that burger, just bold, beefy flavor. The potato salad? It comes from Lisa’s grandmother’s recipe. ❤️

Coronado Smokehaus is our family business, and everything we make, we make with intention. It’s a boutique BBQ experience with Filipino-fueled barbecue that smacks.

Smoked brisket sausage topped Filipino style with banana ketchup, crispy garlic and our house pickled onions. It’s one of those menu items you just have to try.
