Cafe on the Way is a quick serve cafe inside the Rental Car Center at Sky Harbor.
We offer a full selection of coffee and espresso drinks, tea, smoothies, sandwiches and salads.
Duties include but not limited to:
Cashing out orders
Making drinks per customer request
Making Sandwiches per recipe
Light cleaning/Sanitizing
Stocking and organizing
Helping put away delivery orders
Great customer service
What we offer:
12.80/hr + tips. (Which are usually pretty great, btw)
Flexible Schedule- in school? no problem. kids? No problem. Secondary job? We're happy to work with you!
We have part time and full time opportunities available. As well as temporary through the next 6 weeks or permanent positions.
We will soon have an entry level supervisor position open for the right fit as well!

We have a small team and know how important it is to work together, and even when that means we are working solo.

We are currently open 7:30am-6:30pm(hours subject to change) and shifts can vary.
We're looking for someone who can multi-task and is a self starter. Some shifts are solo, so it's important you are able to see what needs to be done without constant direction. Someone to provide awesome customer service and build rapport as we have a lot of dedicated regulars. We are a small, family operated business, so we are open to suggestions and ideas that you bring to the table as well!
