Happy weekend all! The Southwest Omelet was #1 ordered dish today. It will be back on Sunday, too. Omelet folded with Schreiner's chorizo, mixed cheeses and finished with housemade green tomatillo sauce and smashed avocado. Side of herbed potatoes and Noble Bread toast. So delicious!!
