Hop Knot honey-dijon glazed salmon, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus & herb-roasted potatoes.

🍕 Vodka Parmesan:
Breaded chicken cutlet, vodka sauce, burrata, pesto & arugula stuffed in a Golden Lager flatbread.

🍕 Fungus Amungus:
Golden Lager crust, garlic oil, mozzarella, goat cheese & roasted wild mushrooms, finished with arugula & truffle oil.

🍎 It’s Teacher Appreciation Week, which means it’s time to kick off this year's Four Peaks for Teachers! For 15 years, Four Peaks has supplied more than half a million dollars in supplies to teachers across the Valley.

Here is a breakdown of this year's program:
🎒 Supply Kits: Starting today (5/4), teachers can register online via Eventbrite to pick up a supply kit. Check the link in our bio to reserve yours! To claim your supplies, bring your registration to the pub on 6/10 or 7/8 between 12 PM and 5 PM. Additional pre-made kits will be available across AZ—visit fourpeaksforteachers.org to find a location near you. Also stick around for the Spelling Bee(r)s! Entrants will be challenged to spell an array of words (hint: a few might just be beer-related!) until one teacher emerges victorious! Prizes will be given to the top three spellers, so bring your A-game.

💰 $1,000 Grants: The grant program is back! We're awarding ten $1,000 grants to deserving educators. Nominations are open through 6/14. Nominate a teacher today at fourpeaksforteachers.org.

🍻 Teacher Specials: Celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week (5/4–5/8) with $3 pints and appetizer specials! Plus, "Teacher Tuesdays" are back—enjoy $3 pints all day with a valid ID from May through July.

We are riding the good vibes after celebrating our 30th Anniversary with 1,400 of our favorite people! The soundtrack to the night couldn’t have been better, with amazing live sets from Dirty Yachting Scoundrels, Black Bottom Lighters, and The Black Moods, not to mention a surprise appearance by Robin from the Gin Blossoms! Looking back at this recap, three things are for sure: there was a lot of love, a lot of beer, and a lot of fun. Cheers to 30 years!
