Watermelon Avocado Poke Salad
Diced watermelon, avocado, and baby gem lettuce tossed in a tamari vinaigrette and topped with Yellowfin Tuna poke. Finished with cilantro, radish sprouts, serrano chiles, sesame seed, sesame oil, and masago.
Protein optional.
Raspberry Watermelon Cooler
Made with house-made watermelon syrup, raspberry purée, lemon juice, a half Tajín rim, and fresh lemon garnish—available three ways:
Jalapeño vodka
Classic vodka
Non-alcoholic
Bright, refreshing, and perfect for patio season.

Red Crab Ravioli
Ravioli filled with red crab, ricotta con latte, fresh basil, and mint. Served over a creamy pea purée and garnished with sautéed peas, roasted cipollini onions, lemon butter, and Grana Padano.
Irish Ginger Lemonade
Jameson Irish whiskey, ginger purée, fresh lemon juice, and a splash of club soda.

Ginger Sesame Noodle Bowl
Rice noodles in a tangy ginger sesame dressing with cucumbers, carrots, edamame, baby bok choy, and jangajji pickles. Choice of ahi or salmon, finished with miso vinaigrette, scallions, white onion, and toasted sesame seeds.

Lump crab, seasoned mozzarella, oregano bechamel and tomato basil jam on toasted Noble Sourdough.

2 handrolls filled with scallops that are tossed in a Sriracha mayonasse with massago and pineapple wrapped in a nori sheet. Served on a shiso leaf and topped with pickled ginger and serrano.
Vampiro ($6)
Quesadilla stuffed with chipotle tuna confit, garnished with guacamole, iceburg lettuce and pico de gallo.

Red Chile Braised Tuna Plate ($15)
House-made flour tortillas, braised red chile albacore, cabbage, cilantro and pickled red onion.
Pimento Cheese and Smoked Salmon ($15)
White cheddar pimento cheese, house-smoked Salmon, and house-made saltines.

Spicy Tuna Handroll ($12)
Spicy Tuna wrapped in nori and filled with rice, sweet and spicy peppers and topped with sesame seeds. Served with a side of spicy mayo, ginger and wasabi.
