I started my business on July 23rd 2010. I had a Tasting Party in my back yard. It was nice! Its My Anniversary! Lived in New York then in Far Rockaway. People Supported me and Encouraged me and my Journey. Thank you to everyone that brought a plate, gave me a catering gig when I was still figuring things out.
