When legendary restaurateur Bob Sikora scoured the country looking for every possible variation and style of BBQ, he did so with one mission: to bring great steaks and real BBQ to Phoenix. Inspired by his findings, we serve up a unique take on this classic American fare made from the culinary expertise of BBQ master and Head Chef Mark Hittle. We use our unique blend of spices to slow cook the meat
