Bumbalow homes exist in Country Club Park which is north of Virginia, south of Thomas and originally extended from 7th St to Dayton St. As the 1940 ad states, it was "the location with a future."

MacAlpine's History Moment: Throw Back Thursday. Elwood and Normad Isaac standing in front of the I&S Market with their son Dean. This is the south portion of our original building and is now filled with intriguing antiques. Recognize the mail drop box behind them? It's moved over by the door you now enter our diner. I&S Market opened in 1950 was in operation until 1974.
