As matriarch of Blue Fin, Betsy made it into the restaurant we know and love. Her gift of hospitality was expressed in her passion for her customers, and she was dearly loved by them in return. She would often be recognized by her customers as she traveled around the world.

Betsy went home to the Lord on October 18th. Her service will be held at 10 am on Sunday, October 26th at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery (27th Ave and Van Buren) in the Serenity Chapel with a luncheon afterwards. The family would be honored if you came to celebrate her life well-lived.
