Dizzy's Delight has been one of the most popular drinks at the summer pop ups !

It's an iced latte-based drink made with fresh banana syrup and topped with a velvety peanut cream. Each sip is complex in flavor and super texturally satisfying! The best part is it comes with a little vanilla wafer too😋

For those of you who don't know, my name is Nick👋 I'm a jazz pianist and drummer from Buffalo, NY and moved here to study music at ASU in 2017. I've been working in coffee for almost a decade and have been playing music since I was 5 years old🎶

The nuances of coffee and being a musician is what I think kept me in both. I think improvising off feeling is the same as understanding the flow of latte art, and discovering a flavor that works is like hearing new harmony for the first time 🤯

Ixora became a way I could share both of my favorite things in one creative outlet 😄 so next time you're at a pop up let's talk about tritone subs or how time isn't as important as home baristas say it is 🙂‍↕️
