Question for all you bag in box users. How are you doing layered drinks with the bar gun set up. My logic may be off on this but if you layer a drink with say pink lotus on the bottom and a colored syrup on top with just club soda, you are not getting the full caffeine and flavor as if you were using the pump system due to the pre mixed ratio out of the gun. I only do 32 ounce drinks and every beverage gets 3.5 ounces of lotus regardless of what kind of drink it is. The lotus gets mixed with a little soda water so they don't get a mouth full of syrup. But with the gun it just seems that it won't be the same amount of lotus unless we fill the whole cup. Hope this makes sense. Input is greatly appreciated.
