🍽️ Five courses at LATHA Restaurant & Bar.

Little Rituals has gone spooky, and I have questions about the clown glass. The ectoplasm-green cocktail, however, has my full attention. 👻

The Haunting runs through November 1 in downtown Phoenix. I’ve got the bartenders’ picks, drink prices and details on the shot glass you’re actually allowed to take home.

You know that restaurant you keep telling people they NEED to try? Tell me about it.

Anywhere in Arizona counts. Give me the name, the city and the dish I absolutely have to order. My “places to try” list can handle a few more. 🍴

Tempe, don't say goodbye just yet! ☕👀

King Coffee is moving to Mesa, but here's the twist: they may eventually return to Tempe, too!

I chatted with owner Sallie Figueroa about the move, what's next and a few surprises in store.

Arizona Cardinals game plan: cheer loudly, eat well. 🏈🌮

I’m eyeing the Beef Birria Machete. Jake’s leaning toward the BBQ Brisket Burger. Sharing remains under negotiation. 😂

Healthy food should not feel like homework. 🥤🥣

That’s part of the thinking behind Buffables Café in Tempe, a new health-driven concept from brothers Craig and Grant Logan.

The menu leans into high-quality ingredients, approachable pricing and a little more personality than the usual “healthy café” lineup — think colorful bowls, matcha, small-batch coffee, sourdough from Proof Bakery and house-made granola.

We took a closer look at the family story, ingredient philosophy and bigger idea behind Buffables.

A $1,000 dinner in Scottsdale? Yes, I double-checked the zeroes. 👀

Belmont’s Chef’s Table has my attention—and a few questions. Starting with: what does dinner look like at that price?

Here’s a closer look. Then tell me: special-occasion splurge, or would you rather spread that budget across several very good meals?

Belmont Kitchen in Scottsdale is offering a $1,000-per-person Chef’s Table with Alex Stratta. Here’s what diners get and why it matters.

I went in for a pastry. Restraint did not come with me. 🥐

A spontaneous stop at Quiches & Pies in Chandler turned into a $53.83 haul of French pastries plus a bacon and blue cheese quiche — and I’m not mad about a single bite.

The pastries were delicate without being overly sweet, the quiche had bacon and blue cheese in every bite, and yes, I would absolutely go back.

If you possess more restraint than I do, stop in for one pastry.

Otherwise, accept your fate and get the box. 😏
