As this year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you all
What started as a food truck became a community. Long nights, early mornings, busted knuckles, sold-out windows, slow days, packed days all of it mattered because you showed up.
Meat The Cheese was built on showing love through food, bringing a little New York soul to Phoenix, and making everyone feel welcome at the window. This year tested me in ways I didn’t expect, but it also reminded me why I started.
If you supported, shared a post, brought a friend, waited in line, or just believed in the vision. We see you and we appreciate you more than you know.
2026… we’re coming hungrier, louder, and more grateful than ever.
