Our patriarch, Fred Veitch, bought his first of four Pizza shops forty years ago. Later venturing into multiple Mexican grills and most recently a delicatessen that he owned with his kids. “The rewards are there for those who dare.” Fred says. Bringing the knowledge of all of their businesses together and wrapping it into a family owned and operated pizza and hero shop here Phoenicia NY, in the heart of the Catskill Mountains.
