On toasted baguette mini beef stuffed tomatoes over a bed of lettuce homemade aioli topped with a fried egg.

Traditional basque cheesecake with a homemade berry coulis
Apple cinnamon basque cheesecake with a homemade caramel coulis

And an apricot-plum tarte with crème pâtissière.
