Happy 137th birthday to pizza margherita!!!!

On June 11th 1889, Neapolitan pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito from pizzeria Brandi created the iconic pizza in honor of Queen Margherita of Savoy who was visiting Napoli on a diplomatic tour. Memorial Day weekend means it’s the official start of summer! Enjoy our Faccia Gialla - yellow pacchino tomatoes, basil, smoked mozzarella, squash blossoms and sheep’s milk ricotta.
