Pleased to introduce our new guest roaster, Touchy Coffee (https://www.instagram.com/touchy.coffee/) !

Touchy is alllll about the special care it takes to get to you - from their green coffee sourcing program, the relationships with the farmers and ensuring fair pay, careful processing of the fruit, roasting in their homebase on the Hudson in NY - they are adamant about producing some spectacular coffees.

we have some fun options on our shelves at the moment - single origins from ethiopia, honduras, uganda and others! We also have their ‘Chelbesa One’ as our pour over option at the moment if you’d like to enjoy a cup in the shop :)

Back to Basics

Starting this week, we will go back to being open everyday 7am-5pm.

We loved testing out some fun, new menu items and being open later for the neighborhood the past few months! With new changes, we always learn so much about Rally and it's community. Thank you for always supporting all the forms that Rally takes on!
