rimarily from the Styers’ homegrown farm in neighboring Media. Chef Styer uses techniques he learned working with lauded chefs including Georges Perrier and Jean- Marie Lacroix to transform fresh, seasonal ingredients into a bold menu of globally-inspired dishes. Chef Prawlucki, who worked her way up to Pastry Chef at Le Bec-Fin, prepares desserts layered with flavor and texture, as well as freshly baked breads to complement her husband's dinner menus. Chefs Styer and Prawlucki met as students, at the Culinary Institute of America, in 2003. After honing their skills in a few different kitchens, they opened Fond in 2009, then married. Today, they live in Media, PA with their two young children.
