Termini Bros Bakery is more than just a pastry shop, it is a Philadelphia landmark.
(2642)

Open since 1921, our family business represents a step into the past, where technology and automation take a back seat to artistry and old world craftsmanship. Termini Brothers Bakery has been handed down from father to son for three generations. The legacy of hard work, commitment to product quality and exceptional customer service continues to be the foundation of our business. In Philadelphia and across the United States, a Termini Brothers dessert has become a distinctive way to embrace family, friends and colleagues. Whether delivered for a holiday dinner, board meeting, as a way to say “Congratulations!” or to express sympathy, the Termini dedication to quality is evident in every bite. Today, with four retail locations and our online storefront, everyone has the opportunity to take a step into the past and savor the sweetness of a bygone era.

Now let's get to some Trivia.

**As we have been over the past few weeks, we ask you to please remember to LIKE and SHARE this game when you place your guess. It really helps us maintain our page status and continue to play every week.

We made a lot of Amaretti macaroon cookies this week. It seems as though many of you took advantage of last week's Free Shipping Item Of The Week. How many? Well throughout the week we spent just under 12 combined labor hours to hand pipe and bake what was needed for both shipping and retail.
This week's Termini Trivia Question is: How many individual Amaretti Macaroon Cookies did Team Termini make?

We will follow the same rules as always. Everyone gets 2 guesses. The TOP 5 closest guesses (TOP 6 if we hit 500 LIKES and 200 SHARES) will win a $50.00 Gift Card that can be used either online of in-store. Good luck everyone and have a restful weekend.

We will be completely SOLD OUT of Officer Seiber Special Edition Cupcakes by end of day today! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support the Seiber family and the Philadelphia Police Department.

To all those that would still like to make a $5 donation you can still do so by simply letting our staff know at any of our retail locations. If you live outside of Philadelphia, or simply can not get to any of our locations we set up a link on www.Termini.com to support the Seiber family.

We would like to once again thank all of you, the local news channels, and everyone else who supported the recognition of a fallen hero and his family. Rest in peace Officer Seiber, and thank you for keeping us safe over your 10 years of service with the Philadelphia Police Department.

10/13/2026

There is good and evil in this world. Each of us must choose what side to be on, it's just that simple...

The Termini Brothers Family mourns the passing of Officer Shane Seiber who was murdered in the line of duty this past weekend. Upon hearing the news we immediately knew that we had a responsibility as a part of the Philadelphia community to step forward and do our part to not only support Officer Seiber's family but the entire Philadelphia Police Department. So we are...

Today we made 1000 special edition cupcakes to honor the memory and sacrifice Officer Seiber made for the City of Philadelphia, and to also support his family. Beginning tomorrow morning these cupcakes will be available at our retail locations and sold for $5.00 with 100% of the sales going directly to the Seiber family to use however they see fit. Thank you Officer Seiber for your service. Rest in peace.

To all the Philadelphia Police officers out there... Thank you for everything you do day in and day out. You have always had, and will forever continue to have our unwavering support.

Now let's get to some Trivia...

I know it looks like a Sfogliatelle, and honestly it's filled almost the exact same way... but it is filled with cream puff dough instead. It's a Lobster Tail. We slowly reintroduced this pastry back into the stores about a year ago after the Philadelphia Eagles had a special request for them. They are now available at all of our locations on a daily basis but in very controlled quantities so that we can maintain the quality. The Termini Team spent just under 48 total labor hours to set up, mix, fill and close all of the Lobster Tails on our production list.
This week's Termini Trivia Question Is...
How many individual Lobster Tails did we make?

We will follow the same rules as always. Everyone gets 2 guesses. The TOP 5 (TOP 6 if we get 500 LIKES and 200 SHARES) will win a $50.00 gift card that can be used either online or in-store. As always... Good Luck everyone, and have a spectacular weekend.

A huge THANK YOU to all who supported the bakery over the past two weeks with your LIKES and SHARES. We hit our September goals and need your continued support to achieve our October goals. Can we get 500 likes and 200 shares this week? If so we will add a sixth winner for Termini Trivia. Thanks again everyone!

Let's get to some Trivia.
October has arrived. At the bakery it means one thing... Ossi di morti (Dead Bones) are back. Every year we continue the Italian Tradition of celebrating All Soul's Day with making our Grandfather's original Sicilian recipe. We only make these one day a year and when they are gone they are gone until next October.

The process began early in the morning with Nick and Jaime carefully scaling each batch to prepare for the shop production. Each batch is cooked, mixed, then dumped on the work benches to cool so the hands team can carefully mold them in to shapes and figures. Once the "Bones" are formed they are placed on sheet pans and set aside to naturally dry out over a period of 4-5 days. Once dried the cookies are baked at a low temperature so the center becomes liquified to form a foot at the base of each. The bones are then cooled, dumped, and ready to be sold or shipped. The entire process of getting the bones from the scale to the sheet pans before they are dried took Team Termini just over a combined 55 labor hours.

This week's Termini Trivia Question Is...
How many individual Ossi Di Morti did we make?

We will follow the same rules as always. Everyone gets 2 guesses. The TOP 5 (6 if we hit our LIKES and SHARES) will win a $50.00 Gift Card to be used either online or in store. As always thanks for playing and have an incredible October Weekend everyone!

Red October Fans... We are getting many calls about the Phillies Cupcakes. We will not Jinx our boys in Pinstripes. Every year, we start making our Red October Cupcakes at the start of the Divisional Series. We can not break with this tradition as we do not want to create bad JuJu. We know our Phillies are going to come through this week and the cupcakes will be in store and online this weekend.

LET'S GO PHILLIES... These little kiddos need some Phillies Cupcakes!

Now let's get to some TRIVIA...

The process of making our Almond Horns is rather simple but as usual with all handmade products, very labor intensive. As with most refined pastry it all starts with the ingredients. In this case pure Almond Paste and Natural Sliced Almonds. Multiple 45 lb. buckets of almond paste are cut the day before production and kept covered in plastic tubs to soften the ingredient for mixing. Early in the morning the Termini Team carefully mixes each batch adding egg whites, confection sugar, and a few other flavors until it becomes a pliable dough for rolling. At 10:00 the entire pastry team begins to hand roll the dough in the natural almonds and shape each piece into a horn. Once formed the Almond Horns are frozen and packed by the packing team in boxes so we can bake and dip them fresh every morning for our other locations and our shipping department for our e-commerce customers. At the end of our day the team spent just over 40 hours to complete the project.
This week's Termini Trivia Question Is....
How many individual Almond Horns did we make?

We will follow the same rules as always. Everyone gets 2 guesses. The TOP 5 (6) closest guesses WITHOUT GOING OVER will receive receive a $50.00 Gift Card to spend either in store or online. Good Luck Everyone...
LET'S GO PHILLIES
