Everybody sees the moves, but nobody sees the sacrifices behind them. 💯

The long nights, early mornings, missed moments, silent prayers, and the times you had to encourage yourself to keep going.

I’m not busy just to be busy. I’m building something bigger than me. A dream. A legacy. Something my family can be proud of for generations. ❤️🖤

I didn’t come this far just to come this far.

Only DREAM CHASERS will understand. 💭💪🏾

❤️🖤 CHINATOWN, YOU SHOWED US LOVE! WE SOLD OUT! 🙌🏾

Different cultures. Different traditions. One community. ONE LOVE! ❤️

What an unforgettable night at the 2026 YèShì Chinatown Night Market!

For Shugar Shack | Soul Food Truck & Catering , this was about so much more than serving food. It was about being welcomed into a beautiful cultural celebration, sharing our Southern soulfood traditions, meeting new faces, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

And CHINATOWN… Y’ALL SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT! ❤️

SOLD OUT and FLAVORSMACKED! 💯

To everyone who stopped by, tried our food for the first time, brought their families, shared a smile, or came back for more — THANK YOU!

A heartfelt thank you to PCDC and Love Chinatown Philly for welcoming our family business into such an incredible celebration of culture and community.

As a Black woman-owned, family-run business, moments like these mean EVERYTHING. We are proud of where our Southern roots come from, and even more grateful for the opportunity to share those flavors with communities and cultures beyond our own.

Because at the end of the day, GOOD FOOD SPEAKS EVERY LANGUAGE! ❤️

From our family to yours, THANK YOU, CHINATOWN! We felt the love, and we can’t wait to come back!

Building a legacy is like climbing a ladder—one step at a time. When you reach the top, that new view helps you set your eyes on the next goal. ❤️

That’s what we’re doing with Shugar Shack | Soul Food Truck & Catering . Every lesson, every event, every order is another step.

As Jewel’s mother, I want her to have a skill that can make her money and give her the freedom to follow her dreams—even if those dreams lead her outside the food business.

Her dreams are hers. I want to help her build a ladder to reach them that’s what JDZ Savory Eatz & Sweet Treatz is doing!

Shackers, thank you for being part of our climb. 🖤

Soul on Wheels. Come Get Flavorsmacked.
