We’re opening early for brunch this Sunday, October 11th at both and so you can cheer on the Birds! 🦅

Doors open 9am at both locations with the kitchen opening at 9:30am.

Here’s the menu (and don’t worry, won’t be drawing menu items again 🤣):

🍳 Breakfast burrito- eggs, green chorizo, rice, breakfast sauce

🍳 Spanish tortilla- baked eggs, potato, salchicha, habanero, cheese

🍳 Baked chilaquiles- eggs, guacamole, crema, onions. Choice of red or green salsa.

🍳 Huevos rancheros - two eggs over a tostada with your choice of green or red sauce

Brunch ends at 1:30pm. Regular menu is available as well.

A lot of you have been asking about margaritas, so here is an important update: our friends at are making some good ones right now with rotating flavors that pair perfectly with everything on our menu. 🌮🍹

GRAND OPENING DAY DETAILS FOR THIS SUNDAY!

We’re officially opening both of our new Cantina locations inside and this Sunday, September 13th, and in true Cantina fashion, we’ll be celebrating!

BREWERYTOWN (2711 W Girard Ave):
Opens at 11am
🌮 FREE nachos for the first 10 guests!
👋 Chef Dionicio + Mariangeli will be there to welcome everyone to our new home at 11am

KENSINGTON (1710 N 5th St):
Kitchen opens at 12pm (FYI brewery opens at 11am)
🎧 2pm–9pm: DJ Cali Rumba
🇲🇽 8:30pm: Grito de Independencia + Mexican flag raising by our dear friend Leticia Nixon, community news reporter documenting the city’s Latino community since 1988.
🎆 9pm: César Viveros with El Torito Dance + fireworks

The Grito de Independencia is a Mexican tradition honoring the historic call for independence in 1810. Every year, we gather to recreate the Grito by raising the Mexican flag and proudly shouting “¡Viva México!” in celebration of Mexico’s Independence Day. 🇲🇽

And YES, the game will be in at both locations. Go Birds!

We’ll share all the details about this Sunday soon, but it’s no coincidence we chose our Grand Opening on the same day we planned on celebrating Mexican Independence Day. 🇲🇽

It was a dream come true for our team to cater Sabrina and Alex’s wedding this past weekend. 🥰

After six months of planning, planting, and designing a custom structure for the cocina de humo lovingly built by Sabrina’s father, Don Felipe Bocanegra, the day finally arrived to light the fogón and bring the menu we had created together to life.

Thank you, Sabrina and Alex, for trusting Cantina la Martina with your big day. 🤍

Our cocina de humo is more than catering, it is an experience created around telling the client’s story and giving guests a beautiful memory the can see, taste, and feel.
