Laab (Larb) , Thai spicy beef salad, this salad is loaded with fresh herb and nutty flavor, so flavorful & delicious, my son‘s favorite, except he doesn’t like the traditional style which is with minced meat so I substitute it with grass fed New York strip steak pair with sticky rice!

It’s rare that we still have a few more seats left, usually our class is sold out!

You will learn all the preparation work, from preparing the rice , to vegetable to the protein before rolling the sushi.

You will also learn how to make the sauce, the tempura toppings, learn the history, the etiquette, the 3 different techniques, the different types of rolls, the ingredients, and the versatility of different kinds of ingredients that can be used into making sushi.

My goal is to ensure that you will be able to make sushi in the comfort of your own home and I guarantee you will.

In addition, there will be lots of sushi (3 rolls) for you to enjoy in between making and learning as well. This will be very practical and fun class.

Feeling sad that I couldn’t join Milwaukee’s Dumpling Fest this year due to a prior engagement but I am there in spirit.
