The weekend is HERE, and the final countdown is ON! 🇩🇪⚽🇺🇸
Tomorrow, Saturday, June 6th, is the last big test for the German national team before the World Cup journey begins! They are facing off against the USA right down the road in Chicago, and we are bringing that stadium energy straight to Pewaukee!
The bunker is fully decorated, the Paulaner Sunset calendars are out, and the vibes are ready.
We are officially listed as a World Cup watch party location, meaning we’ll be showing this massive game tomorrow and EVERY Germany match this summer.

New Indoor Dining area open!
We are excited to announce the official opening of the new dining area, giving everyone plenty of space to sit down to enjoy their food and drinks.
It has been a long journey (3 years) since we started as a takeout window restaurant only, and we are so grateful for all of our customers, neighbors, vendors, and the village that helped Bo's Schnitzelbunker become what it is today.

NEW MENU ITEM 🔥 🚨
Spätzle was one of the most requested items over the past years and we are finally adding it to our menu.
