Carrot Pineapple Walnut Cake

This one came together beautifully and we couldn't be more proud of her.
Moist spiced carrot cake with crushed pineapple and walnuts, layered with cream cheese frosting, finished with a walnut crumble base, caramel drip, and piped rosettes on top.

Guess who's back in the kitchen?! 👀

That's right — Cassy's Cravings is BACK and we're coming in hot (literally)! Fresh out of the oven and ready to make your mouth water — a classic sandwich loaf, a rustic artisan loaf, AND a German chocolate cake. We did not come back to play... or maybe we did!

We took the winter to slow down, enjoy the holidays, and bake for our loved ones — but now we're ready to bake for YOU! Cakesicles, muffins, cookies, breads and so much more are headed your way.
