od is made to be hot, most dishes actually comes with no spice, except for curry dishes, which are naturally made from pepper and will have that ’special zing’, even at its mildest level. Chili peppers are often added to enhance the enjoyment of their complex flavor, producing a burning sensation if you enjoy or dare! We invite you to experiment by selecting level of hotness that is right for you. SPICE LEVELS:
Mild = A few pepper flakes, No Burn Yet
Medium = ½ teaspoon of pepper flakes, A Little Burn
Hot = 1 teaspoon of pepper flakes, Feeling The Burn
Extra Hot = 2 teaspoons of pepper flakes, On Fire!
