Today we tested out the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwaffle! So good we’ll keep it around all week…
Probably lots of people were thinking it, but thanks Jessica Franklin for posting it! She’ll get $1 for every breakfast sandwaffle sold.
I forgot to snap a pic of it today, so you’ll have to come and see…

Was a great couple days downtown, this place is incredible!!!
I’ll be back in my normal spot by the harbor tomorrow and planning to open @ 9am-2ish or sold out.
Tomorrow’s special we’ll try out the waffle breakfast sandwich! Egg, sausage, and cheese on the signature sourdough waffle…

This unicorn didn’t want to leave today…so I fed it a waffle or 5 and tucked it safely inside the trailer to wait for it’s human. Come rescue it anytime between 7 and 1 this week, or send me a message and I’ll get it back to you 👌

Was fun to try out some new waffles last week and also put a few $$ back into the pockets of the creators!
This week we’ll try a 4th of July appropriate Apple Pie waffle as suggested by Lena Odegaard!
Warm Apple Pie filling, some graham cracker crumbles, and whipped cream sounds like a good way to top a sourdough waffle and celebrate.
We’ll be open our normal hours 7-1 this week, until Friday and Saturday we’ll be parked downtown for the festivities 🥳

This weekend is the last opportunity to come try Libby’s Strawberry Cream waffle and Caroline’s Cheddar Bay waffle!

Also, the Sunday special tomorrow will be an Eggs Benedict waffle in honor of Carroll Louise who passed away last week…

Looking through all your waffle suggestions was inspiring! Thanks so much for commenting, literally every single one would be amazing…

I decided to do both a sweet and a savory for this week.

Libby and Caroline can drop by anytime this week (or every day) during our normal hours of 7-1 and enjoy their signature waffle free!
Plus they’ll get a $1 for every signature waffle sold!!!

For the sweet we’ll feature Libby Taibor’s Strawberry on cream cheese, with chocolate drizzle 😋 Can’t go wrong with those ingredients! Plus it just feels like summertime…

For the savory it seemed a number of people people were on the same page, but we’ll give the nod to Caroline Dowd with a Cheddar Bay Biscuit inspired waffle! Cheese, seasonings, and bacon bits mixed in with butter and parsley on top. It’s delicious as is, but would also make an incredible base for some garlic butter sautéed spot prawns, our shrimp alfredo, or smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Can’t wait to feature some more!
