I’m taking orders again for freezer/toaster waffles this week…send me a message and I’ll make sure you get some. I can deliver during the week, or you can pick up from the trailer on the weekend. Also let me know if you’d like a bag of Patty’s granola or some smoked king salmon.

Also…I had a bit of banana cream pudding leftover from yesterday, so I’ve made it into an actual pie that I’d like to give away, but… 😏
It’s come to my attention that my sourdough starter needs a name…Come up with the best name and I’ll deliver you a pie tomorrow evening!

Probably too much info for one post, but we’ve got things to share!
Today Patty dropped off some of her famous homemade granola, I’m tempted to keep it all for myself, but I guess I’ll share…$10 a bag. You may want to send me a message if you’re wanting some because I think it’ll be gone fast! It’ll be available on a waffle with some Greek yogurt and maple syrup too.
Also, my my buddy and smoked salmon supplier KetchikanSam sent me some smoked King salmon this time that I’ll be using on the smoked salmon and cream cheese waffle, but you may want to grab a few packs for home too…$30/lb. Ask for a sample

Nea Wilson suggested both a sweet and a savory waffle and I couldn’t decide which one to try…so we’ll feature them both this weekend! I’m ashamed it’s taken this long to serve some bacon…Come by this weekend between 8 and 2 and give these waffles a try while they’re available!

This is definitely a waste of your time, and even more cringey than I remembered…but I’d completely forgotten about this video until this morning. 10 years ago. I think serving the eggs benny waffle yesterday was the trigger 😂
Need to get Carlan back up here so we can get that terrible kitchen synergy happening in the waffle trailer…

Tomorrow (Sunday) we’re bringing back Benny! Limited quantity due to the constraints of the tiny trailer… 8am-2pm or sold out
Grabbing an eggs Benedict waffle along with a raspberry almond buttercream waffle seems like a smart life choice 😏
