Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the USDA scale at its highest rating. Our menu items change according to different produce and seafood seasons. This is our way to get the freshest ingredients from the fields and the sea, to you! Much of the seafood we purchase is line & rod caught, and all of it is sustainably harvested.

Our 14oz. Wagyu Ribeye Steaks come from Beeman Ranch. Their USDA facility is known for producing healthy, nutritious beef, all raised in beautiful foothill pastures where they graze on a 100% grass-fed diet. ⁠All Beeman Ranch steaks are hand-cut and dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to enhance the flavor and tenderness of the meat.

Petaluma celebrated its very first Egg Day Parade on August 31, 1918. This historic event celebrated the city's booming poultry industry and Petaluma's legendary title as "The World's Egg Basket." 🌎🥚🧺

More than 100 years later, our city's rich agricultural heritage is something we still proudly celebrate every day at Seared. Our deviled egg plate is a small tribute to our hometown pride. 💛 Available during Happy Hour, Tuesday - Sunday from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
