Hey everyone!!! Backyard smokin will be at the Loudonville car show Saturday. We will be set up across the street from the bud school.
11AM till 3 or 4 .
Pulled pork ,brisket,ribs,
Cheesy homefries, bakebeans,coleslaw.
Plus full belly meal and a new meal. A loaf of cornbread split open with everything on top of it . Looking for a name for it. The person with the best name,will recieve a backyard smokin t shirt. We have med ,large, xlg and 2x backyard smokin t shirts.$ 15.00(medium and large) $17 for the xl and 2xl. Hope to see yea.

Well it's that time BBQ time!!!! Got something new want to run by you all I tried it last year and loved it . I love my moms chicken salad I have been eating it for a long time . I had some of my chicken left over so I cut it up and made some spicy smoked chicken salad. It was bad ASS. Thinking of putting it on the menu to sell. I wish I had a picture. What you guys think. Need info.

10 dozen eggs,48 sausage patties
8 lbs bacon ,4 lbs of smoke sausage 5 lbs of sausage gravy and 17 lbs of homefries.

Had a super day yesterday!!! started off by cooking 120 lbs of E.r. Boliantz fat on brisket and some pork shoulders. Brisket was some of the best brisket I have had all year. Than one of my favorite times of cooking . feeding the loudonville marching band for the first home game . Great kids so respectful. They all made and signed a poster board for us . Can t wait to put it on the wall of memories. Thanks so much. Half time show was AWESOME super job by everyone.

Menu for Sat at the Ugly bunny.
Meats:
brisket , pulled pork ,ribs,
Pork belly and chicken nuggets.

Sides: coleslaw and bake beans

Specialty sandwiches:
Brisket or pork burritos with blackbean and corn salsa with a cheese sauce, pork belly po boys and bacon wrapped chicken nugget kabob with pineapple chunks.

Got some different stuff trying to compliment the wine. Come on out have some wine ,get a full belly and relax listening to some music . sounds like a great time. Hope to see you all .
