Things I have self taught myself in this little business of mine.
1. Pay taxes, and payroll, I was a vet tech for 25 years. We didn't do anything with money.
2. Maintenance of my trailer. Especially my generators.
3. I can indeed back anywhere like a boss, according to my staff. Thats from pulling a horse trailer forever.
4. I can do this all by myself. I did it. Very proud of that!
5. I taught myself if you want it, it will come. You have to be brave to start something new.

A look back, 6 months from the day I bought my trailer, til the day I got my license. The build out. The finished build. The day I got my license. Practice drinks coming to life. My first coffee tag from my first gig. So many memories.

Happy 3rd Birthday to The Bucking Barista!
I am so overwhelmed reflecting on the progress of this tiny business I’ve worked so hard to build over the past three years. This journey has brought me everything—laughter, tears, exhaustion, and so much joy. The conversations and first sips are two of my favorites.
I am incredibly lucky to have customers like you who keep my coffee trailer buzzing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who recommends us to others. Without you, The Bucking Barista wouldn’t exist!
Thank you for being part of my dream.
Love,
Hol
