‼️NEW BEER ALERT ‼️
2026 Hoppy Pils w/ Vista and Saphir - 5%abv , 50 ibu
Pilsner malt base, with a hint of caramel malt. Hopped like a pale ale with Saphir and Vista. Aromas of melon, pear, grass, and citrus. Flavor includes the above with tangerine notes and a dry spicy, moderately bitter finish, with hints in the finish of the classic sweet bready pilsner malt.
Open today 12-10pm a great stop for some "to-go" beers on the way to Letchworth State Park , or after a morning at Perry Farmers Market .

Once again, we had a packed house for another amazing Jerry Garcia birthday bash, and once again I am so Grateful that such an amazing group of musicians make the drive to come play for us. I was too busy slinging beers and dancing to get any pictures/video, but sincerely, support local music like Flying Boxcar (and the small venues that host them) last night was a blast!
We're back at it again today, open 12-6. Great brews, great beertenders, and we'd love to see you! Cheers! 🍻

El Dorado/Galaxy/Strata IPA ~ 7% abv Passionfruit, peach,and grapefruit/citrus initial character, followed by pint and hints of mint and herbs. Moderately spicy bitter finish.
There is great beer, music, art and theater to be had this weekend my friends! Shake on the Lake , Arts Council for Wyoming County art walk, JG Birthday Jam!
