FALL FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICANTS ‼️‼️

Be on the lookout for your acceptance emails! 👀🍂 We are still diligently working through applications and hope to have all acceptance emails sent out by tomorrow.

It takes a LOT of time going through each application and replying to everyone individually on top of running multiple businesses 🤪 so we truly appreciate your patience!

Once you receive your acceptance email, please be sure to reply and get your spot secured. We are being VERY selective with vendors this year so that everyone has the best chance at having a successful event without having a ton of duplicate items.

We’ve already secured:

🥜 Boiled Peanuts — and you KNOW it’s only from the best… take a guess 🤪
🧁 Sweets / Baked Goods
🥖 Sourdough
🧢 Trucker Hat Bar
🍬 Freeze dried candy

And we are just getting started! 👀

I’m only mentioning a few of the categories that we’ve had a LOT of requests for so far. We’re trying hard not to overload the event with too many vendors offering the same or very similar items.

If you applied, keep checking those emails because more acceptance letters are going out! 🍂

VENDORS: OUR 3RD ANNUAL FALL FESTIVAL IS COMING! 🍂

We’re gearing up for a BIG day at Snow Bo**ers on Sunday, September 20th from 10AM–4PM and we’re so excited to bring our Fall Festival back for year THREE! 🩷🧡

This year’s event will be happening alongside the 18th Annual Southern Magnolia Bike Ride, so we’re expecting a full day of activity at Hangout on the Level with:

🛍️ Local vendors & small businesses
🍧 Snow Bo**ers
🍋 Lemon Squeezies
🚚 Food trucks
🎶 Music
🚲 Southern Magnolia Bike Ride
🍂 Fall fun + plenty of reasons for families to hang out and SHOP!

If you’ve already submitted a vendor application, you will start hearing responses from us THIS WEEK!

We do our best not to overload the event with tons of vendors selling the exact same things. We want a great variety for our shoppers AND want our vendors to have a good opportunity to sell.
