As summer rolls in, we're seeing lots of new faces from out of town, and we love it. Welcome!

Just a quick reminder: Darkbird is a taphouse first. The beer is our main gig.

Now, we happen to have a pretty awesome kitchen too—but it's a small, mighty kitchen run by a small, mighty crew. When the place is packed and there are 100+ people enjoying themselves, food can take a little longer than you might expect from a traditional restaurant.

We're not fast food. We're not a drive-thru. We're a taphouse.

So if you stop in during a busy rush, grab a beer, catch up with friends, enjoy the atmosphere, and let our kitchen team work their magic. We promise they're hustling back there.

Good food takes time. Great beer helps.
