CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana brings the taste of authentic Neapolitan pizza to you. Our pizzas are made in the traditional style that originated 200 hundred years ago in Naples, Italy. Our staff is certified by the VPN, which monitors pizzas made in the traditional style with hand-tossed dough, 11-inch pies, baked for less than 2 minutes in a wood-fire oven at more than 800 degrees Fahrenheit.
