To our Sparrow community,
A year ago, we opened our doors with a vision for what Sparrow could become. What we couldn’t have known was how quickly you would make it your own.
You showed up for us from the very beginning. Through the excitement of opening, the learning, the fine-tuning and all the little moments that come with bringing something new to life, you gave us your patience, your feedback and, most importantly, your loyalty. You came back again and again, brought your friends, filled our tables and gave us the opportunity to keep getting better.
And then, you started celebrating your lives with us. First dates and anniversaries. Birthdays and girls’ nights. Family dinners, long lunches and martinis that turned into another round.
You’ve celebrated our milestones right alongside us, and somewhere along the way, Sparrow became more than a restaurant. It became a place filled with familiar faces, favorite tables and memories we’ve had the privilege of being part of.
As we celebrate our first year, we’re incredibly grateful for every reservation, every toast, every recommendation, every bit of grace in those early days and every time you chose to come back.
Thank you for growing with us. Thank you for believing in Sparrow. And thank you for making it yours.
