PSA 🚨 LONG OVERDUE UPDATE!

This year I’m stepping back into the kitchen and getting my hands dirty again—focusing on cooking, learning, and continuing to sharpen my craft on the culinary side of things.

The Wolves Den isn’t going anywhere.
If anything, this is about slowing down with intention and finding ways to make it even better than before.

Having the right help, guidance, and structure matters, and I’m committed to building this the right way, with time and purpose. Events will be a little more sparse this year, but when we show up, we’ll show up right and we’ll do our best to keep the pizzas pumping.

There is so much I want to do with this project but it has to be calculated and thoughtful. So I appreciate those of you who have been supporting from the start and those who continue to we have built. There’s more to come and we are ready for warmer weather 🍕 🐺

Sandwiches are in the works. All focaccia and schiacciata is made fresh in-house. These will available for pickup and possibly delivery as well. Looking at doing a boxed lunch of sorts where you would get a sandwich, side, and beverage.

These are inspired from traditional Roman panini shops and will be loaded with flavor. Since we can’t really make pizzas outdoors at the moment due to the weather, we’re looking for ways to keep our fresh, quality products in your hands this winter!

What’s up Wolfpack! We have been searching for consistency and structure for a while and we may have found what we’re looking for. We have always been an outdoor pop-up style pizzeria but we are looking to get more consistent with our structure. So let’s talk about it.

How would you like to see pizzas being sold every Monday-Wednesday for lunch from 11-2pm. We will have a space to sell from and you’ll be able to come get them on a regular basis. It’s the one thing we have needed from the start because events only take us so far and if want growth, we need consistency!

We’re taking pre-orders for Thursday starting today! Shoot us a message, snag a pie or two, post a pic, and help us grow! And if you can’t make it Thursday, come see us this Saturday at .wink.house from 1-4pm. We will be serving up some of the best pizza in Peoria 🐺 🍕

Next month we’re getting back into the holiday spirit at the annual holiday market located at the event space! Tons of local vendors will be in attendance so you will not want to miss out. Support local, eat local, BE LOCAL!

Fall is in full swng but we’ve got just what you need to keep you moving week to week! Pre-orders will be available weekly every Thursday starting next week, along with a weekend pickup option available as well!

All of our pizzas are made from scratch, hand stretched, and use fresh, high quality ingredients every time. As the temperature continues to drop, we will also add some rotating soups on the menu as well. From classic italian staples, to some of our midwest favorites, we can supply you with great food every time!

This weeks pre-order is on Wednesday (due to the holiday chaos this weekend) and we have lunch and dinner slots available! Shoot us a DM to place an order. Have an amazing week and we look forward to serving you! 🐺 🍕
