Executive Chef Michael Mahalick has an always changing menu with unique specials. On a recent update, he added an Iberico pork hanger streak with Patatas a La Probre.

The Iberian pig lineage can be traced back some 3,000 years. Prized for its amazing marbling, it is often referred to as the “Wagyu” of pork.
