I made an ICE CREAM CAKE! I had a ton of extra candied pecans so I decided to add them to some Breyers Oatmilk vanilla ice cream 😍

Butter pecan has always been my favorite!!!

From scratch vegan vanilla cake, topped with pecan ice-cream, more pecans, and Biscoff cookie butter drizzle.

Fresh crust, bbq sauce, seasoned soy curls, green pepper, onion, and fresh cheeze (nut free)

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350° for perfectly golden brown pizza with bubbly cheese.
