There’s a reason Modelo shows up on so many tables here. It’s been brewed in Mexico City since 1925, built on old-school German brewing methods, aiming for something crisp and balanced from day one. A hundred years later, that same b**r just works with a plate full of picanha. Some pairings you don’t question, you just enjoy.

Watch closely and you’ll notice something. Each gaucho takes a second before cutting, making sure it’s the best piece on the skewer. That little pause is for you 🥩🤤

There’s more to rodízio than the meat. We’ve got a full salad bar with different greens, dressings, and fresh veggies. Fruit, cheeses, and cold cuts too. On the hot side, garlic mashed potatoes, rice and beans, fried plantains, polenta, soup, and more. Something for everyone, whether you’re vegetarian, picky, or just want to load up before the meat even starts.
