Biscuit sandwiches are here to stay.

Every morning we’re open, we’ll have hot biscuit sandwiches coming out of the kitchen until they sell out.

Big, buttery biscuits. Eggs. Cheese. Breakfast meats. The kind of breakfast that makes getting out of bed worth it.

Thursday through Sunday mornings at BrightSide Kitchen.

Apparently Peoria is talking about chicken again.

So, just a reminder.

Peoria already has BrightBird.

We’re not Nashville Hot Chicken.
We’re not trying to be.

We make chicken sandwiches that are acidic, spicy, sweet, messy, a little weird and absolutely loaded with flavor.

Japanese curry. Carolina pepper sauce. Red honey. Yuzu caramel. Comeback sauce. Hash browns. Biscuits. Whatever else we think tastes ridiculously good.

WE’RE NOT NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN.

Everybody’s making Nashville hot chicken.

Nashville. Chicago. Peoria. Everywhere.

And honestly, we get it.

Nashville hot chicken is delicious.

But that’s not what BrightBird is.

We wanted to build a chicken sandwich that tasted like us.

Our chicken has more cowbell than we should probably legally be allowed to put on a sandwich.

It’s salty. Acidic. Bright. Crunchy. Savory. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes spicy. Usually a little messy.

There’s pickle. There’s heat. There’s sauce. There’s crunch. There are flavors coming at you from every direction, but they’re there for a reason.

We’ll glaze it in Red Honey. Drown it in Pepper Sauce. Hit it with Magic. Put a hash brown on it. Get weird with our Japanese Curry.

We’re not interested in making the hottest chicken sandwich in town.

We’re interested in making the one you’re still thinking about tomorrow.

This isn’t Nashville.

It’s BrightBird.

And we like it loud.
