Due to the approaching storm and expected weather conditions, Four Seasons Eatery & Catering will be closed Friday and Saturday for the safety of our staff and guests.

We plan to reopen Monday at 11 AM for regular business hours.

🍴 WE’RE HIRING: SOUS CHEF

Four Seasons Catering & Eatery is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Sous Chef to join our team in Downtown Pensacola.

This is a hands-on position in a high-volume catering and restaurant kitchen, and we’re looking for someone who understands both great food and efficient kitchen operations.

What we’re looking for:
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and production
• Experience making soups and sauces from scratch
• Excellent knife skills
• Knowledge of protein portioning and portion control
• Understanding of day-to-day kitchen operations
• Ability to manage labor and food costs
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen and/or catering environment

On Friday, October 23, our kitchen will be serving dinner for Teen Challenge's Rewritten Gala. We’re grateful to support an organization doing meaningful work here in Pensacola. 💚

Teen Challenge offers faith-based programs that help people overcome life-controlling challenges work toward recovery, purpose, and renewed hope. This gala brings the community together to support that mission and the people it serves.

We’d love to see our community show up for them. Join us for the evening, or consider supporting the event as a sponsor.

Friday’s special is Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya — tender chicken and our house-made andouille sausage folded into seasoned rice, then topped with a rich Creole sauce for even more slow-cooked Southern flavor.

Served with your choice of warm Hawaiian rolls or cornbread.
