So my San Marzanos, these are cuttings I made from the previous plants from last summer. I have these going indoors for the winter but no power means bring them outside for some sun. No power for a few days has the haggard looking.

We are done for today. We should be back on Wednesday this week , possibly Thursday but we will keep you updated.

Update:
We had some surviving inventory, the power wasn’t out as long as I planned and not all refrigeration is created equally so we are NOW OPEN WALK-IN ONLY until our supply is out. We have around 65 larges.
Our phones are down so just show up.
We have cheese, pepperoni or sausage only(not the usual fresh sausage, but still delicious )

Once we run out we are closed until probably Wednesday or Thursday.

It totally works.

We made it through the storm fine but our power is still out, we can’t use the hood. Also, we will have to throw out much of our food and start over. After that we can make dough and will need at least 2 days for fermentation. So about 3 days after power is restored we will be back in action.
